Join Our Carrier Network
- Carrier must have a minimum of 6 months Common or Contract Authority.
- Carrier must have a minimum of $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Cargo Insurance.
- Carrier must not have any “Unsatisfactory” or “Conditional” safety ratings.
- Carrier must provide a W9 form and Certificate of Insurance.
- Carrier must ensure all drivers hold valid CDL licenses and comply with all DOT regulations.
- Carrier must use well-maintained and DOT-compliant equipment to ensure shipment safety.
- Carrier must maintain active operating authority and proper insurance coverage at all times.
- Carrier must have reliable communication systems for real-time tracking and dispatch updates.
- Carrier must adhere to on-time pickup and delivery standards as agreed upon with dispatch.
- Carrier must comply with all federal, state, and local transportation safety requirements.
- Carrier must have a valid Motor Carrier (MC) and USDOT number registered with FMCSA.
- Carrier must provide 24/7 contact information for dispatch or emergency coordination.
- Carrier must agree to electronic document submission for billing and load confirmation.
